LaVar Ball Refuses to Thank Trump, Would Rather Thank President of China for Release of His Son
This guy has really gotten probably a lot more press than he deserves. This guy is a complete and ungrateful moron! Come on man! You would think if the President of the United States worked to get your son free, you would be a little more grateful. But not this guy!
LaVar Ball is the ungrateful father of the disrespectful little brat LiAngelo Ball. LiAngelo is one of the UCLA basketball players who thought it was appropriate to steal expensive Louis Vuitton sunglasses in China. He would have spent some decent amount of time in jail, but Trump worked with the Chinese government to have LiAngelo and two other UCLA players released.
In an interview with CNN’s Chris Cuomo, Ball once again stated the Trump would be receiving no praise from him and instead chose to thank Chinese President Xi Jinping for his son’s release. No wonder his son was arrested for theft, the boy learned his blatant lack of respect from his father!
“Did he help the boys get out? I don’t know. […] If I was going to thank somebody I’d probably thank President Xi (Jinping),” Ball said.
But to him, thanking Trump is just something that he cannot bring himself to do. (Pride isn’t cute, by the way.)
“I don’t need to go around saying thank you to everybody,” he said. “Let me deal with my son and let (Trump) do what he’s going to do.”
He says that there is no proof that Trump actually did anything to get his son and the other two basketball players released, meaning that he doesn’t know if the American President actually deserves any thanks. Trump insists that his quick action was critical in helping get the college students released and avoid prison time.
“It wasn’t like he was in the U.S. and said, ‘OK, there’s three kids in China. I need to go over and get them.’ That wasn’t the thought process,” Ball criticized.
It’s wasn’t Trump’s responsibility to get them released. However, Trump happened to be in China at the time. Trump brought it up with the Chinese President, who I assure you would have had no problem jailing this little brat and his stupid friends – all stupid thieves.
Speaking of stupid…the father even goes on to suggest, he deserves some of the credit for his son getting released too.
“I helped my son get out … of China,” he added. ‘I had some people who had boots on the ground that knew the situation when we first jumped on it.”
I highly doubt it, but whatever.

As they say….the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.
First of all, For this father not to condemn his son for trying to steal very expensive sunglasses is just unbelievable. Sounds like there’s a bit of a problem with morals and principles of not knowing the differences between right and wrong.
Second of all, it’s not like Trump went to China just to take care of these nitwits. He was already there you moron! Sounds like there’s another problem with this family when it comes to understanding the role of our president, the recent tour of President Trump involving our trade partners or even world events and politics in general.
Third, this situation could have turned much worse had President Trump not intervened.
It would not kill Mr. LaVar Ball to thank President Trump for helping him get his son out of an extremely sticky situation.
